Step 1 – Make an appointment at the OSK KONAN office in a convenient location for you and sign up for the driving course
Step 2 – Make an appointment and do a medical examination
The doctor will issue you a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to driving a vehicle, allowing you to take a course for a given category of driving license. OSK Konan can help you with that and schedule this appointment for you with our doctor.
Remember. Come to the examination on an empty stomach. If you have a vision defect, ask your doctor to include glasses and contact lenses in the certificate. Such an annotation will allow you to drive vehicles both in glasses and lenses.
Step 3 – obtaining a PKK number
PKK (Driver Candidate Profile) is a unique number of each driver candidate. Thanks to it, the driving school and traffic center will be able to search for you in the system.
Visit the communication department in the district office to obtain a Driver Candidate Profile. The PKK number is assigned free of charge, and in order to obtain it, you must submit the following documents to the Communications Department:
– application for a driving license. You can download it HERE or receive it at the district office,
– written consent of a parent or guardian – if you are under 18 years of age,
– a medical certificate on the lack of contraindications to driving a vehicle,
– current photo 35x45mm,
– residence card/residence visa or other document that confirms that you have been staying on the territory of Poland for more than 185 days or a copy of certification from your university/school of being a student for at least 6 months,
– a psychologist’s statement stating that there are no psychological contraindications for driving a vehicle – for persons applying for categories C, C1, C1+E, C+ E, D, D1, D1 + E, D + E.
